  • An Inexpensive Solution For Forearm Tendon Pain

    The doctor said I needed something like this to help with my "tennis elbow" (strained tendons). After reading a bunch of reviews I settled on this one. It's comfortable, stays in place when outdoors in the heat and is easy to adjust. Cleans up nicely, too. The trick is how to place it: I put the center of the "knot" on top of the painful tendon spot and pull it very tight. They said to make it tight without cutting off blood flow; it's tight enough to leave indentations in my skin, but doesn't hurt at all. Keeping it in place significantly relieves the tendon pain and allows me to get back to doing what I need to do. Highly recommended.
