Tired of Elbow Pain That Keeps Coming Back?

Most elbow braces are designed for general elbow pain. They use general compression that squeezes the whole arm to relieve inflammation.

But golfers don't have general elbow pain. The golf swing damages one specific tendon. Squeezing your whole arm doesn't stop that tendon taking the hit. So the pain keeps coming back.

That's why we designed Control Point Pro specifically for golfers.

Control Point Pro is made for:
Pain that flares mid-round
Pain that returns after resting
Stiffness the morning after a round
Protecting the tendon while you strengthen it

How Counterforce Technology Protects the Tendon

Diagram: the counterforce pad redirects swing force into the muscle, away from the tendon
1Every swing sends over 22lb of force up your forearm, toward the tendon.
2The pad sits on the muscle just below the tendon, and catches that force first.
3The force is redirected into the muscle, which is strong enough to take it. Not the tendon.

FAQs

Will it affect my swing?

No. The pad is low-profile and sits flat against your forearm, so it won't add bulk, restrict your elbow bend or throw off your swing feel. It's built for full rounds, range sessions and mat work.

Does it work for golfer's elbow and tennis elbow?

Yes. Position the pad on the inside of your elbow for golfer's elbow, or the outside for tennis elbow. Same brace, same pad, just rotated to where your pain actually is. It works on either arm.

Where does it go, and what size do I need?

Wrap the strap around your forearm just below your elbow, with the pad over the tendon that hurts, and press the velcro closed. Wear it firm but comfortable: you should feel targeted pressure on the tendon, not your whole forearm being squeezed. If you feel numbness, tingling or more pain, loosen it straight away.

The adjustable strap fits forearms from 7 to 16 inches (17.5 to 40.5cm). Measure 2 to 3 inches below your elbow to check your fit.

Isn't strengthening the real fix?

Strengthening is part of it, but it takes months. Control Point Pro reduces the strain on your tendon in the meantime, so you can keep playing while you build strength. Start with 30 to 60 minutes of wear during activity. It's designed for support while you swing, not all-day wear.

When will it arrive?

8-12 Business Days Once your order ships, you can follow it on our order tracking page.

How does the guarantee work?

You're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Try it through a full stretch of range sessions and rounds. If it's not right for your elbow, email support@brightfindsshop.com and we'll start your return for a full refund. Full details are in our refund policy.

Should I see a doctor?

Control Point Pro reduces strain on your tendon and helps manage pain, but it isn't a medical cure. If your pain is severe or sudden, doesn't improve, or you have numbness, swelling or weak grip, see a GP or physio.
